LOProducts principals are willing to involve ourselves in large projects. Lillian Clemons helped conceive the idea for, and donated organization skills as a co-coordinator to, a local community center for their first golf tournament, which netted the organization $10,000 FREE and CLEAR. She coined, “I Helped” Golf Tournament, a five-division event benefited a help center providing economic and social independence for newly unemployed and underemployed citizens. Lillian later became the Executive Director of that community center until she left to pursue a master’s degree.
Her networking skills increased as Executive Director with the County businesses, government and organizations as she coordinated the annual Indiana County Independence Day celebration, with some 15,000 in attendance, to raise money for the Chevy Chase Community Center and show appreciation for community volunteer support.
A new program was initiated under her direction as a partnership to create I-CARE (Indiana Cares for American Reserves and Enlisted Troops) to teach social responsibility to community children while supporting operation providing toys, personal care items and supplies to the Afghan people. This was the first project Lillian and Patricia worked on together as a team. Their discovery of the value of their joint skills and work compatibility led to their partnership in LOProducts, LLC. Again, the reach was extensive involving community members, organizations, churches, businesses and children from Chevy Chase Community Center’s after-school tutoring project.
In her job as Manager of a university’s technology help desk, she actively managed 15 students. She hired and supervised 8 Federal Work Study students as part time employees and supervised 7 from a Business Technology class, where their Help Desk experience was a major part of their grade. She scheduled them, assigned relevant projects, trained and provided progress reports to them and instructors, as needed.

Her delivery of a corporate training program affected 800 bank employees; instructional delivery in product line, regulatory compliance, coaching, customer service and relationship building for 200 bank employees were also extensive technical training programs.
Her primary responsibility as bank liaison between programmers and acquired banks was to oversee the technical requirements of an account conversion project valued at up to $20M. This involved the integration of existing financial applications from three merging banks; performed data analysis, auditing and streamlining and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. In accordance of management of software conversion project resulting from merger situation and management of regulatory compliance project, new automated banking system training was also part of my responsibilities.
